Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via our courier partners. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but orders shipped within India typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
Ziraavi offers free standard shipping within India for all orders.
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. For further assistance, contact our customer service team.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Ziraavi customer service within 24 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
If your order has not yet been processed and shipped, you may be able to cancel it by contacting Ziraavi customer service. However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Replacement & Refund

Ziraavi accepts requests for replacements and returns for most items within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please see our returns policy for more information.
No, Ziraavi will cover the shipping charges for the first replacement only. After that, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

No, Ziraavi does not charge any additional fees or charges beyond the cost of the product.
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email and a receipt once your payment has been processed. Please check your spam folder if you do not see these emails in your inbox.

Warranty

Ziraavi offers a 6-month warranty on all jewelry products. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and damage caused by normal wear and tear.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents. It also does not cover damage caused by exposure to chemicals, such as perfume or hair spray.
If your item cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement item of equal or lesser value.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item for warranty assessment. For more details, please refer to our warranty policy.
