How long does it take for Ziraavi to ship an order?

What if I receive an item that is damaged or defective?

Warranty
What is Ziraavi's warranty policy?
 
Ziraavi offers a 6-month warranty on all jewelry products. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and damage caused by normal wear and tear.
What is not covered by the warranty?
 
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents. It also does not cover damage caused by exposure to chemicals, such as perfume or hair spray.
What happens if my item cannot be repaired?
 
If your item cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement item of equal or lesser value.
Will I be responsible for shipping costs for a warranty claim?
